You are such an easy place for my heart to wander
When I want it to drift in other ways
It floats and staggers
Rolls and bounces
Crawls and soars
On wings it built from hopelessness
You are such an easy place for my tired heart to rest
And gather strength for the road ahead
Too far away to be my home
Too close to be anything else
Too welcoming to be more than a dream
Softer than any other memory
Crueler than any other truth
Harder to know than the ocean
Forbidding and forbidden
Less resistible than gravity
You are such an easy place for my difficult heart

New album "Observations" available now.

In 2020, quarantining from the global pandemic he worked remotely with other artists to record a collection of new music called Observations, that infuses his punk roots with introspective acoustic pieces.
