Day 33

Day 33 – Total confirmed cases in US: 671,425

I spend a lot of time staring out the window these days and it seems like every day is sunny around 4:00 or 5:00, even if we get clouds and rain the rest of the day. I’ve even seen some snow. I don’t know if the sky is clearer due to less exhaust fumes in the air, but there have been some wonderful colors up there lately…

Pink and purple evenings
Light lingers on the clouds
Blue and grey become the same
When quiet sounds are loud

Blue and yellow don’t make purple
Except for tonight
The gaps between the stars has shrunk
Especially tonight
I see the light that shines on me
Especially tonight
I see the light that shines on you
Especially tonight

Pink and purple evening
Clouds are coming low
Rolling across the valley
Turning blue to grey
Turning grey to yellow
Turning yellow white
Especially tonight
